PARIS.- Classic car is an unanimous passion : it gathers all the generation under the same roof, around its fine lines and its piece of machinery. It reveals design’s treasures of an industry which is at the heart of our dailylives. It relates the History with a big H and a lot of little stories at the same time. It’s a passion that should be lived by getting your hands dirty or on the wheel !

THE MAJOR CLASSIC CAR EVENT
Rétromobile – an absolute treasure trove for classic cars of all types, the first show of the season and the event which ensures Paris’s standing as the automotive capital in February – will be back from 7 to 11 February 2018 at the Porte de Versailles Exhibition Centre. Following the 2017 edition of the show – which was considered quite exceptional with a total of 118,266 visitors and more than 500 vehicles exhibited across 3 halls – Rétromobile 2018 is gearing up to be even better, and is increasing in size from 65,000 to 68,000 sqm.

Dream, delight, find out information, invest, meet artists, manufacturers, clubs, federations, spare parts and miniature sellers, restorers, car dealers – anything goes at Rétromobile – regardless of whether you are a young or old-timer enthusiast, a lover of shiny chrome or old cracked leather... or passionate about stately vehicles or low-engine capacity cars!

Rétromobile is known internationally and also serves as a catalyst, bringing together three of the world’s leading auctioneers, including Artcurial Motorcars which will hold the show’s official sale on 9 February 2018.

For the 43rd edition of the show, communications agency Fidback has produced the poster. A poster with a distinctly sporty feel to it – it showcases a magnificent English model that purists will recognise immediately: an Aston Martin DB4 Zagato.
