Best Strategies to Beat the Casinos

Since the dawn of casinos and gambling, there hav been men who promised ways to beat the casinos and ensure a profit every single time you play. In some instances, these men have been telling the truth…but the methods are always against the rules or involve some kind of cheating. It’s simply a fact of life that, in gambling, there is no way to completely beat the casino and there will always be a chance of losing.

However, there are measures that you can take, as a smart gambler, to ensure your chances of winning are as high as possible. Take a look at the advice below, and you’ll discover some of the best strategies to avoid huge defeat and increase your chances of winning big when playing some of your favorite casino games.

Be Sparing with the Slots
The first thing to remember is that you should be sparing with the slots. With online casinos, it’s a very different game…particularly given the huge amount of free slots deals you’ll find. However, in real life, those offers don’t come by as often and you should instead consider how much you play the slots. This is a game that has among the highest house edges in the whole casino, meaning the longer you play the more likely you’ll be to lose. It’s easy to just keep spinning and spinning without realizing you’re spending money, so your best bet with this machine is to play a limited number of games and cash out your winnings as soon as you get any!

You can’t really beat the game per se, but reducing the amount you spend over prolonged periods of time will allow you to cash out if you’re lucky enough to win. This “strategy itself is actually very popular in Finland and is used regularly by many online casino slot gamers. The reason for this is based on the increasing popularity of slots. In Finland they often determine their favourite slot by the RTP (return to player) percentage and categorize them as “the best slots” or as they call it “parhaat kolikkopelit”.

Know Your Budget
Every casino-goer should know their budget and stick to it. This isn’t a matter of being boring or having less fun, but is actually an important strategy used by anybody who knows the best way to play the system. When you know how much you’re willing to spend, and at what point you should cut your losses and leave, you can at least ensure you don’t leave the casino with huge losses.

Remember, while it’s possible you can win big, it’s also possible to lose big. Know your limits and finish up when you feel like you can’t make up your losses.

Knowing your budget also allows you to more effectively allocate money to the games you feel you’re best at. If you’re ace at Blackjack, then allocate more to that and adapt your budget as time goes by. Knowing how much you have, how much you’re willing to spend, and how much you’re winning and losing at any one time helps improve your chances of beating the casino. You should always have a figure in mind with regards to how much you would like to win, too! Once you reach that number, cash out, and enjoy your winnings without taking another risk!

Go for a Single Bet
This might seem like a radical idea, but it works for some. If you’re out on a trip and you’re going to be in the casino for a certain number of days, consider splitting your budget up into daily chunks and gambling your day’s budget in one go. This works great on roulette. Simply make a single bet on the first day, and see if you win. If you lose, come back the next day and try again. It’s incredibly unlikely that you’ll lose every day, and entirely possible that you win more days than you lose.

If you’re not one for spending the entire day in a casino, this is a great way to maximize your chances of coming home with profit!

Play Single Zero Wheels on Roulette
Always choose the games that have the lowest house edge. This is a general rule to follow, and a good example is to use only the single zero wheels which have a much lower house edge of around 2.7%, compared to 5.2% on a double zero.

It’s not perfect, just like no method of beating the casino is perfect, but it allows you to play the game for twice as long without greater risk, and with the same bankroll.
