NEW YORK.- New York: The Outsider Art Fair, produced by Sanford L. Smith & Associates, hailed as "one of New York's hippest and best contemporary art fairs," took place this weekend. The Outsider Art Fair is the only fine art fair devoted exclusively to outsider, art brut, primitive, visionary and intuitive art, and features 33 of the finest international dealers.

The Outsider Art Fair is the main event of Outsider Art Week, presented by the American Folk Art Museum. Visitors may take part in special events, such as a field trip, lectures,special exhibitions, and Uncommon Artists XIII, a symposium featuring Jane Livingston, Susan C. Larsen, EdWard Gomez and John Turner.
