BRIDPORT, UK.- The Bridport Arts Centre presents Kit Glaisyer - On the way to work, through February 26, 2005. In the first major exhibition of his new oil paintings, Kit Glaisyer explores the process of creating reality from our dreams, beliefs and aspirations.
In a series of impressive and engaging canvases, Glaisyer fashions striking imagery from the circumstances and experiences of his daily life, guided by the intuitions of his own observations and desires.

Kit Glaisyer was born in 1971 in Dorchester, and grew up in Dorset. He moved to London in the early 90's, and soon gained wide recognition for his original and powerful paintings. In 1998 Glaisyer moved his studios to Bridport, and now produces regular London exhibitions with the Artoose collective.
