Blue World City Islamabad NOC

Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) granted planning permission to Blue World City Islamabad via Letter no. 532/10/DC, dated 07-08-2018. Initially, preliminary planning permission for around 427 Kanal of land was granted to the society. However, after submitting another application, the NOC status of the society was listed as under process.

NOC December 2021 Update

The District Council issued a letter regarding the NOC of Blue World City via Letter No. 532/10/DC, dated 07-08-2018. The jurisdiction conflict between RDA and the District was resolved after the signing of the 2021 Local Bodies Ordinance by the Governor of Punjab. According to this ordinance, all residential housing societies will be approved by the District Council. Following these deliberations, Blue World City received due approval, leading to an increase in plot prices. The NOC for Blue World City is currently under process, and the owners are optimistic about its approval in the near future.
