WINNIPEG.- CSI: Manitoba Museum will need actors for the video and photographic components of the program. The roles available include:

The narrator- a no-nonsense police officer
Dr. Roland Stickleback, the uptight, prim-and-proper curator of zoology
Dr. Nancy Goosefoot, the sweet-natured curator of botany
Carl Ketchum, the hardnosed security guard
Frank Keelhaul, the conservationist with a shady past
Burton "Sparky" Wayne, the scatterbrained technician
Dr. Cara Clarkson, the murder victim - a well-meaning curator of archaeology
The Museum will also be looking for several extras to portray police officers and reporters.

All those interested should report to Museum reception, with a headshot, if possible, and a CV detailing their previous acting experience. Auditions will be videotaped.

When you get here, you will see a selection of the parts we're looking to fill. Please choose the one you feel best suited for. You'll then be provided with a short script for that role. (However, after viewing your tape, we may decide you're better suited for another role and offer you that one instead.) If you'd also like to bring a short piece (no longer than five minutes to read) that you're already familiar with, that would be great, too.

These are volunteer roles, but will include a great deal of exposure and publicity, as the CSI: Manitoba Museum program will run for over three months. Good luck!
