In his new role, Mr Dong will manage and direct the operations, financial control, marketing, client relations and business development of Forever. He will report to the Forever’s board of directors.
Forever was established in the People’s Republic of China in 2005. His background in the media, and in particular his overseas experience and international perspectives, are key qualities well in line with the company’s vision to apply the highest international auction standard. We are confident that Forever’s third auction to be held in Beijing in May this year under Mr Dong’s leadership will be another success.”
Mr Edward Dolman, Chief Executive Officer, Christie’s International said: “Mr Dong brings to the team a wealth of management experience and his appointment marks a significant step forward in the development of auction sales under Christie’s/Forever brand in the Chinese market.”
