TAOS, NM.- The Harwood Museum of Art of the University of New Mexico announced the appointment of new curator, Jina Brenneman, who will join the Museum October 1st. Brenneman received her BA in English Literature and Spanish from Fresno Pacific University and comes to the Harwood from Colorado with over ten years experience in the arts as curator and manager. Brenneman served as Executive Director of the Tri Lakes Center for the Arts managing the day to day operations and curating monthly exhibitions. More recently she was the Curator of Visual Arts at the Sangre de Cristo Arts Center in Pueblo, Colorado where her responsibilities included the planning and installation of over twenty-two exhibitions annually. Jina Brenneman comes to the Harwood with a love of the arts along with the skills and expertise necessary to lead with vision and provide stewardship for the collection.
