Pérez Art Museum Miami announces three new members to Board of Trustees
Louis-Albert Jolivert recently joined Sabadell United Bank in 2013 as senior vice president of the company.



MIAMI, FL.- Pérez Art Museum Miami announces new additions to its board of trustees with leaders including Barron Channer, Phil D. Conway and Louis-Albert Jolivert. Having previously named Arlene Chaplin and Sylvia Pope to its board, PAMM rounds out its trustee group and continues to develop an established and strong board as the Museum transitions to its Herzog & de Meuron designed facility in Museum Park in December 2013.

“We are very excited to have Barron, Louis-Albert and Phil on our board,” said Museum Director Thom Collins. “Their business expertise along with their passion for the arts will be indispensable as we launch into a new phase for the Museum.”

Barron Channer is CEO of BACH Real Estate, a Miami-based real estate investment company. He was previously a vice president of acquisitions for The Peebles Corporation. Raised in Miami-Dade, Barron is active throughout the community with involvement as a trustee for The American Friends of Jamaica, Miami Foundation and Baptist-South Miami Hospital. He obtained his Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and Bachelor of Science in computer engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Phil D. Conway started his career with J.P. Morgan Chase in 1989, holding numerous leadership positions, including president of J.P. Morgan Chase in Houston, market manager for thecompany's private banking businesses in Dallas and Houston, chairman of Metroplex Community Banks and credit executive for the corporate investmentbank in Texas. Through the years, he also has been active in a number of community and civic organizations. Having recently moved to Miami from Houston, Conway is establishing himself quickly within the community. Since arriving, he has been featured in The New York Times' financial section and was a featured speaker at the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce's annual Goals Conference.

Louis-Albert Jolivert recently joined Sabadell United Bank in 2013 as senior vice president of the company. He previously worked as senior director of BNY Mellon Financial Corporation and vice president at J.P. Morgan. Before moving to Miami from New York in 2005, Jolivert was a managing director in fixed income derivatives sales at Bear, Stearns, & Co. He obtained his Master of Business Administration from Georgetown University and Bachelor of Arts in economics from Boston College. Jolivert is also on the board of trustees at the Miami Foundation,where he served as board chairman for two years. He is also a member of theMiami-Dade County Cultural Arts Council as well as the Knight Foundation’s Community Advisory Committee for Miami.
