One outcome from this study was the staff reorganization, which was difficult for everyone on both the staff and board. Now, we are moving ahead with someone who brings academic scholarship, research and program development and will be a great fit for Director of Programs. Lynn is creative, innovative, committed to our mission and vision for the future. She brings leadership, intellect, fun and energy to Greenhill and we are happy to have her on board.
