LONDON.- H&H Classics, one of Europe’s leading specialist auctioneers of classic vehicles, has formed a partnership with Dreweatts & Bloomsbury Auctions. The new pairing will offer collectors access to a comprehensive range of dedicated specialists, whose expertise spans the world of rare art, watches, silver, books, maps, motor vehicles and automobilia.

Dreweatts & Bloomsbury Auctions, with more than 250 years of history, is a UK ‘Top Four’ auctioneer with prestigious retail premises on Mayfair’s Dover St and Manhattan’s Madison Avenue following its recent acquisition of Mallett Antiques. With coin specialists Baldwin's, and Fraser's Autographs, it is part of The Stanley Gibbons Group plc — the only London Stock Exchange-listed firm of auctioneers and retailers of collectibles, fine and decorative arts.

The auction house holds over 150 sales per year and in addition to its flagship UK locations in Mayfair and Newbury, it also operates salerooms in Rome in Italy, and Bristol and Godalming. D&BA particularly specialises in Fine and Decorative Antique Furniture and Art; Cotemporary Prints and Photographs; Jewellery; Silver; Watches; Clocks; Asian Art; European Ceramics; Clocks and Scientific Instruments; Wine and many other collector's categories.

H&H Classics was founded over 21 years ago and is still in the same ownership. Its partnership with Dreweatts & Bloomsbury Auctions will mean that both companies can offer complementary services to all their clients.

“The classic car has become an important passion for many of our clients. Our partnership with H&H means that these interests are now served with leading expertise and experience in this complex market” commented Stephan Ludwig, CEO of D&BA.

Simon Hope, Managing Director and founder of H&H Classics, commented: “We are excited to be working in partnership with fine art and collectibles auctioneer Dreweatts & Bloomsbury Auctions to provide clients from both companies a comprehensive service for any type of interest, from ‘Lagondas to Lowry’.

“Its first class reputation and breadth of specialisms make D&BA the ideal partner to offer collectors a truly complete service.”
