NEW YORK, NY.- Adventures in Art today announced details of its upcoming 3-Day Biennale des Antiquaires-anchored and jewelry-focused trip to Paris from September 9 to 12.

The Adventures in Art package includes tickets to the official Biennale opening on September 9th with a “cocktail dinatoire,” as well as private led tours to the Chaumet Museum, the Musee des Arts Decoratifs, lunch at the newly refurbished Hotel Ritz, and a tour of a rarely seen Paris apartment.

Jewels of Paris is an important theme throughout the three days. Highlights include a champagne reception and tour of the archives of the Mellerio dits Meller --the French jewelry house founded in 1613 – as well as Van Cleef’s Noah’s Ark-inspired jewelry show. A visit with jewelry designer Mark Auclert -- known for combining museum-quality antiquities with bold, contemporary settings – and dinner at a top jewelry collector’s home are also key features, as is hosting by the Boghassian family in their Biennale booth.

“Introducing art and jewelry enthusiasts to favorite haunts and inhabitants in behind-the-scenes Paris is one of my greatest pleasures,” said Karen Stone Talwar, Adventures in Art Founder and CEO. “It is a small arena I am privileged to know well, and this year’s Biennale promises to be outstanding.”

“To me, the Biennale’s website captures it best,” she continued. “This truly is an event that attracts art lovers from across the world, and has been a must-attend for more than half a century. There is no better way to start September.”

Talwar has 25 years of experience in art consultancy, marketing and brand development and is the former International Managing Director of Christie’s Travel.

The trip is priced at $3,950, exclusive of air fare and hotel. For registration, email a request to Karen@adventuresinart.com.
