NEW YORK, NY.- The Winter Show announced the participating exhibitors for its 2020 edition, to be held at the historic Park Avenue Armory in New York City from January 24 February 2, 2020. The Winter Show 2020 will feature 70 exhibitors that represent a diverse and global mix of fine and decorative arts from ancient times to the present day, including a number of new and returning exhibitors. The Winter Show is New Yorks longest-running art, antiques, and design fair, established in 1954 by East Side House Settlement, a community-based organization serving the Bronx and northern Manhattan. All net proceeds from the 10-day event benefit the organizations life-changing programming, which focuses on education and technology as the keys to economic opportunity.
The 2020 edition reflects our commitment to the Shows legacy as the nations longest-running art fair, while casting an eye to the future, said Executive Director Helen Allen. Together with the Shows Co-Chairs, Lucinda Ballard and Michael Lynch, we are excited to share whats in store and to welcome our new and returning exhibitors, who represent the best in quality and expertise. The dynamic offerings of our ever-growing roster, as well as planned collaborations with institutions and leading art and design specialists from across the globe, are sure to engage collectors and visitors alike.
With each object vetted for authenticity, date, and condition by a committee of 150 experts from the United States and Europe, and spanning more than 5,000 years from antiquities to contemporary photography and design, the Fair continues to broaden its roster of established and emerging exhibitors.
