SAN FRANCISCO, CA.- Turner Auctions + Appraisals will open the door to the Nancy Glenn Couture Closet on Saturday, April 11, 2020. This online auction, Part II of the Nancy Glenn Collection, features over 200 lots of jewelry, handbags, clothing, shoes, hats, decorative items and more – many from celebrated high-fashion designers. Part I of the Nancy Glenn Collection, offering Hermès scarves and shawls, was an exceptional success: all 200 lots were sold at auction and for numerous bids. Nancy Glenn was founder and owner of the well-known, high-end interior design firm, Glenn Design Company, in Sausalito, California, for over 35 years.

This Nancy Glenn auction continues to feature a wide selection of luxury goods and adornments, mostly for women. Among the many jewelry offerings are earrings, bracelets, necklaces, pendants, rings, brooches and watches – including pieces by Hermès, Tiffany & Co., Mikimoto, Kieselstein-Cord, and Amy Katherine Russell; many feature diamonds, tourmaline, gold, blackened silver, jade, lapis lazuli, coral, opal, Bohemian garnets, Bakelite, or freshwater or cultured pearls. A rare David Gilhooly frog sandwich pendant-necklace is also in this sale. Handbags, evening bags, totes and related accessories come from Hermès, Bottega Veneta, Paloma Picasso, Ferragamo, Judith Leiber, Louis Vuitton, Prada, Tory Burch, Tumi, Bally, Nicole Miller, Icon and others.

Other offerings include a selection of couture clothing from Badgley-Mischka, Yves St. Laurent and St. John; several furs; designer hats and a few scarves; several pairs of shoes or cowboy boots; Western silver and leather belts; and a Native American beaded vest. Among the decorative items are Baccarat candleholders, jewelry boxes, malachite carvings, and silver Christmas ornaments. The sale also features groupings of vintage and costume jewelry, watches, gold rings, and silver bracelets. Items for men include gold nugget cufflinks, a Raymond Weil watch, a pocket watch, men's accessories, and Hermès and Gucci ties.

Turner Auctions + Appraisals begins its online auction on Saturday, April 11, 2020, at 10:30 am PST; sale items are available for preview and bidding now. The auction will be featured live on multiple platforms: LiveAuctioneers, Invaluable, Bidsquare, iCollector, and Turner Auctions + Appraisals’ free mobile app, which can be
downloaded from the App Store or Google Apps ("Turner Auctions"). All are easily accessed through ‘Upcoming Auctions’ at the company’s website.
