PHOENIX, AZ.- For Robert Haynes, auctioneer and owner of Monarch Auction and Estate Services, fresh to the market collections are his favorite part of the business. So, when he was presented with the opportunity to represent the impressive collection amassed over the years by Kirk Butler of Cactus Stone and Tile fame, he jumped at the opportunity.

The museum-quality collections belonging to Mr. Butler are amazing. “The collection must be seen to be believed.”




The online only auction takes place on Saturday, September 26th and begins closing at 10AM MST. A Public preview will be held Friday, September 25th from 9 am-5 pm. Please note, the Auction Company is asking that you email robert@monarchauction.com to reserve an appointment to preview in advance. For proper safety protocols, we must limit the number of people who preview at one time. Masks will be required during the showroom preview.

This is a beautiful collection of fine antiquities, art, and one several one of a kind handcrafted offerings. Over the past 47 years, traveling the globe in search of the finest stone and tile products, Cactus Stone & Tile owner, Kirk Butler, has found many unique pieces and collections of art used to augment his showrooms. He is pleased to now offer many of the previously "Not for Sale" items for sale. This will include sculptures, mosaics, fine pottery, architectural designs, collectibles, fine antiques, art, and much more from one of the most stunning stone and tile showrooms in Arizona! Auction Closes September 26th starting at 10 am MST.

Highlights from the Butler collection include Francesco Shampato Hand Crafted Trumeau, Green River Fossil Slab Formations, Several Deruta Ceramics, Italian Frescos, Olympia Hand Carved Marble Bas Relief, Marble Fountains, Mercury’s Foot, an Antique 19th century "Monk" table imported from Modena, Italy that is over 15ft in length, and so much more. Private preview is available if you would like to arrange an appointment!
