Acai bowl is considered as the super food because it is the blended mixture of barriers and other fruits. Acai bowl increases your apetite because of the high nutritional level. It fills you up because it contains the quantity of nutrients that are low in sugar and healthy fats.

Acai bowl contains such ingredient that can’t grow in every environment. This can grow only in wet environment. The barriers only grow on the palm trees. They can’t grow in the presence of the extensive heat and warmth. Due to the limited availability of these barriers costs a lot and are much expensive. They are found in abundance in the rain forest of the South America. But the process of harvesting and shipping it to the other countries requires a lot of labor and seems expensive.
