|
SAN FRANCISCO.- The Rolling Stones´ Bill Wyman will present his first exhibition of photographs at the San Francisco Art Exchange on June 9, 2006. The show, titled “Wyman Shoots”, includes photographs of music and film greats throughout his career which he has never shown in public before. Movie & Entertainment News reported that, “One features Keith Richards in a tuxedo, while another shows Ron Wood posing with his infant daughter. Perhaps the most emotive shot shows tragic former Stone Brian Jones caught in the rear-view mirror of a car.” Also included in the show are photographs taken by Wyman of surrealist painter Marc Chagall, John Lee Hooker, Eric Clapton and Ringo Starr. Wyman was quoted saying, “I'm very pleased that I saved all my photographs from when I started taking them in the 1960s."
