PITTSFIELD, MA.- ArtBerkshires presents the second of two curated weekends in the region, August 18-21. The weekend will feature a variety of programs, exhibitions, and exclusive events at venues throughout North and South County. Events may be attended individually, or an all-inclusive package may be purchased through ArtBerkshires, with a percentage of proceeds benefiting artist in residency programs in the Berkshires.

Organized by ArtBerkshires co-founders Leslie Ferrin and Sienna Patti, the weekend’s highlights include an intimate, behind-the-scenes tour of the “Robots at Rockwell” and “Ice and to the Digital Age” exhibits at the Norman Rockwell Museum; an opulent cocktail event at Sienna Gallery celebrating the disposable luxury that is costume jewelry; a tour of a brand-new sound installation at MASS MoCA with curator Denise Markonish; Dish + Dine at Ferrin Gallery and lectures and conversations with numerous local and international artists, curators, museum directors, and other professionals in the art world.

ArtBerkshires was established in 2010 by gallery directors Leslie Ferrin and Sienna Patti. The ArtBerkshires weekend series brings artists, curators, presenters, and audiences together in new contexts, with the ultimate goal of connecting contemporary visual arts, artists, and collectors in the Berkshires.
