Barclay Rubincam, Ring of Autumn, oil on masonite, signed "Barclay Rubincam 1947", exhibited Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts and Toledo Museum of Art, exhibition label also includes letter from Toledo to the Artist requesting permission to exhibit the painting, 29-1/4" x 42", framed 35-1/2" x 48-1/4", good condition, some gesso damages on frame. Estimate $6,000 - $12,000.



CHADDS FORD, PA.- Bunch Auctions brings to market 650+ lots of eclectic fresh to market estate material covering the gamut from Grateful Dead signed memorabilia to beautiful carnelian/agate/jade Chinese carvings to amazing offerings of fine art by well know regional and international artists.

There are 63 lots from the collection of Larry Grief, former sound technician for the Grateful Dead, the Allman Brothers Band, Phish, as well as other iconic rock figures of the 70’s, 80’s, and 90’s. He collected these items as he toured with these groups and artists as a member of their entourage. Bunch Auctions brings you an opportunity to own a piece of rock n’roll history!!! There are many signed posters and other graphics, programs, tickets, passes, and more. From other collectors, they have 18 lots of good guitars and sound equipment including 2 Martin Dreadnoughts, Gibson Flying V, Gibson Roy Smeck acoustic, as well as Fender, Marshall, and other amplifiers. Baseball, hockey, football, and other sports are represented by Cooperstown Collection powder blue autographed 1980 Philadelphia Phillies World Series Champions Majestic uniform, Philadelphia Flyers 1974 & 1975 Stanley Cup champions signed framed jersey front, Wayne Gretzky signed CCM hockey jersey, 1969 New York Jets authentic helmet in display case, Steiner certified, and more.

117 lots of furniture span the centuries from 18th c traditional American, English and Continental examples to mid-20th c designs by Paul Evans, George Nelson, Niels Erik, Paul Cadovus, after Nakashima, Emil Clausen, and other name designers. There is also a nice offering of wrought iron patio furniture and outdoor concrete statuary. The Victorian style is represented by a fine triple section Renaissance Revival walnut bookcase, 2 nice laminated rosewood rococo arm/side chairs, and an 1878 Steinway rosewood concert grand piano.

30 lots of silver are highlighted by 66 pcs of Tiffany “Audubon” flatware, a massive 274 pc set of Whiting “Botticelli” flatware, 122 pcs of Stieff “Rose”, 76 pcs Towle “Old Master”, 2 good sterling tea sets, American coin silver pitcher by Conrad Bard, Burmese repousse silver, large group of 900 silver serving pieces by Klinkosch, Vienna, other large 800 silver serving pieces, and more.

Crystal, art glass, and porcelain feature a multi-piece Dale Chiluly art glass ensemble, Tiffany, Durand, Lalique, KPM, Meissen, 110 pieces of Limoges Tiffany "Audubon" pattern dinner porcelain, and more.
