UOVO is the nation’s leading storage and logistics provider for art, archives, and collectibles with state-of-the-art facilities in New York, Delaware, Florida, California, Colorado, and Texas.

DALLAS, TX.- UOVO, the premier provider of fine art and collections storage and services, is pleased to announce its partnership with prominent Dallas art collector Howard Rachofsky and well-known art advisor John Runyon in the acquisition of an 85,000-square-foot facility in Las Colinas, just north of Dallas, Texas.

UOVO’s Texas facility is being fully renovated to offer premium storage options for clients in the Southwest, featuring concierge and private climate-controlled storage, capacity to store monumental sculptures, multiple loading docks capable of accommodating tractor trailers, LED lighting and additional green initiatives for increased sustainability. The facility will be a first class building that prioritizes security and privacy with the inclusion of state-of-the-art viewing galleries that are sound insulated and ideal for private showings, photoshoots, conservation work, and inventory cataloging.

This expansion to the Texas market will allow the company to offer its premium storage solutions to the Dallas and Fort Worth communities, and the surrounding Southwest. Construction on the facility is well underway and is slated for completion by Q4 2022.

Steven Guttman, UOVO Founder and Co-Chairman, states: “We are thrilled to enter the Texas market at a pivotal time in our company’s growth. With the addition of our Dallas facility, led by an incredible team of art logistics professionals, UOVO brings its expertise to a market that has long been important to our clients.”

Partners Howard Rachofsky and John Runyon add, “We are eager to bring UOVO’s best-in-class art storage and services to the Dallas-Fort Worth community.” Alongside Rachofsky and Runyon, UOVO introduces a new standard of collections care to the Southwest region.
