GLEN COVE, NY.- Roland Auctions NY will present its upcoming Holiday Estates Auction on December 13th, 2025 at 10am, offering an impressive selection of items for collectors and holiday gift giving.

The December 13th auction features stand-out selections like an exquisite Steinway & Sons Dutch Rococo Parquetry Piano, a Neoclassical Bronze & Micromosaic Top Coffee Table, specially made for J.A. Lehman in Rome in 1857 and an Henri Matisse (French 1869-1954) Lithograph, Liseuse au Bouquet de Roses. The auction also features hundreds of Roland’s always present lots of excellent Fine Art & Sculpture, Decorative Art, 20th Century Modern, Antique & Vintage Furniture, Textiles, Silver, Gold and Silver Jewelry, Rugs, Collectibles, Asian Art and Decorative Arts. Previews will be held on Thursday, December 11th & Friday, December 12th, 10am – 6pm.


Antique carved and polychrome decorated standing carousel horse. Estimate $2,000-$3,000.

Two most notable lots in the auction are a very rare Steinway & Sons Dutch Rococo Parquetry Piano/Bench, Steinway & Sons Dutch Rococo parquetry inlaid and carved piano with bench, Model O. Estimate $25,000-$35,000 and an equally rare Neoclassical Bronze & Micromosaic Top Coffee Table, Antique micro-mosaic floral wreath decorated table top possibly from the atelier of Michelangelo Barberi, with bronze and metal figural base, top Rome, last half of the 19th century, the base of three scrolling rose patinated bronze terminated with gilt metal figures of the three graces, the verso of top engraved "This Mosaic table is made for J.A. Lehman whilst in Rome, Sept. 1, 1857 and it is his wish that it always remains in the Lehman family.". [19.5" H x 39" Diameter]. Estimate $4,000-$6,000.


C. Cretors & Co. Painted Vending Popcorn Marchine.Estimate $500-$700.

Additional highlights are a Harley-Davidson Fat Boy Motorcycle, 2001 Harley-Davidson Fat Boy Motorcycle, 1200 miles, with Dan Hinds straight pipes. Viewed by appointment only. Estimate $8,000-$10,000 and an Antique Carved and Polychrome Carousel Horse, Antique carved and polychrome decorated standing carousel horse with pierced wavy mane and flowing tail, the saddle painted red with blue star, with leather reins and stirrups, now mounted on a carpeted base with wheels, marked on the step-up bar "A100", unsigned, possibly Gustav Dentzel or Charles I. D. Looff [55" H x 57" W x 12" D]. 71, Estimate $2,000-$3,000.

Always prominent art offerings at Roland include an Henri Matisse (French 1869-1954) Liseuse au Bouquet de Roses (D. 471), lithograph on paper, 1925, signed in pencil lower right, numbered 48/50 [Art: 6.25" H x 9.5" W, Frame: 14" H x 17" W]. Estimate $6,000-8,000, and a Girolamo Francesco Maria Mazzola or Parmigianino (Italian 1504-1540) study for a young standing male nude, red chalk on cream paper, in a frame, marked Parmigianino to matte with date artist's birth and death dates, marked "Franc. Parmigianino, viene da Capodimonte" to mounting paper at lower, obscured by frame, with provenance documentation from Herbert Feist, and later Bishop Paul Moore and Michael Straight, later owned by Stephan Chinlund. [Sight: 6.25" H x 3" W; frame: 14.25" H x 11" W]. Estimate $6,000 - $8,000.

Others inclued a Martiros Sarian (Armenian, 1880-1972 Gouache Landscape on Board, 1945, dated and signed M. Sarian in Cyrillic to lower left, in a frame. [Framed: 18" H x 21.5" W]. Estimate $2,000-$4,000 and a Georgii Bashindzhagian (Armenian, 1857-1925) Oil on Canvas Landscape, with mountains and a meadow, signed Bashindzhagian in Cyrillic to lower right, unframed. [25.5" H x 41.25" W]. Estimate $2,000-$4,000.


Neoclassical Bronze & Micromosaic Top Coffee Table. Estimate $4,000-$6,000.

Fine jewelry and silver notables are a Seaman Schepps Turbo Shell & Sapphire Ear Clips, pair of turbo shell and cabochon sapphire ear clips with 14K ear clip backs, marks to back "Seaman Schepps 14K". [1.25" H x 1" W]. Estimate $1,000-$1,500, a Tiffany & Co. sterling silver, 18K gold, and stainless steel Swiss Army knife, engraved with initials G.R, large with 13 assorted tools including corkscrew, knife, can opener, Phillips head screwdriver, magnifying glass, scissors, nail file, etc., marks to frame " Tiffany & Co. 925 + 750 Sterling 18K MOM USA, marks to blades: Officier Suisse Victorinox Switzerland Stainless Rostfrei". [Closed: 3.5" L x .75" W]. Estimate $400-$600 and a Tiffany & Co. Sterling Silver & 18K Gold Money Clip, "Basketweave" money clip, marks to reverse Tiffany & Co. "925 & 750". [.8 ozt., 2.25" L x .75" W]. Overall condition is good, with Tiffany pouch and box. Estimate $300-$400.

Decorative Arts will be well represented, with an Emile Galle (French 1846-1904) Acid Etched Glass Vase, art nouveau acid-etched cameo glass vase, late 19th century, the bulbous base with slightly graduating slender neck in pinky-peach and pale green with mauve/purple hydrangea, signed near foot in cameo "Galle", base with pencil "1647/EA". [9.5" H x 4.75" Diameter]. Estimate $700-$1,000 and a Louis XVI Gilt Bronze 12 Light Chandelier, first half of the 20th century, decorated with swag, grape, ribbon and acanthus leaf motifs. [38" H x 30" Diameter]. Estimate $1,000-$1,500.


Seaman Schepps Turbo Shell & Sapphire Ear Clips. Estimate $1,000-$1,500.

Furniture pieces to watch are an Italian Parquetry Two Drawer Commode, two drawer bombe commode, 20th century. [30" H x 36" W x 17" D]. Estimate $300-$500 and a pair of Hollywood Regency Upholstered Bergeres, blue painted, gilt decorated, caned and upholstered bergeres, 20th century, of tub shape, with cream, brown and blue upholstery. [26.25" H x 27.5" W x 21.5" D, Height to Seat: 21.5" H]. Estimate $200-$400, along with a C. Cretors & Co. Painted Vending Popcorn Marchine, painted metal mobile popcorn machine cart, with wheels, signed on the front and bearing plaque on reverse, model C-T2000. [66.5" H x 43" W x 25" D]. Overall condition is good, not tested for working. Estimate $500-$700.
